Do I need a gym or equipment to start?
No. You can start from home with literally nothing. Fitness doesn’t require fancy equipment - it just makes it more fun šŸ˜‰
What if I travel?
We adapt your training to your location and schedule. Consistency > perfection.
How much time per week?
Most clients do 3–4 sessions + 10 minutes a day for simple habits. We tailor it to your real week.
What happens after I join?
You get an email with onboarding + app access. You set up your profile, and you’ll get your first small task so it starts immediately. Then: call/message → execution.
Why is there an 8-week minimum?
Because real change needs structure and time. 8 weeks is the minimum to build momentum, see real progress, and make it stick. I’m not selling hacks - I’m coaching execution.
What happens after 8 weeks?
After 8 weeks, you’re in control. If you want to continue, we keep building. If not, you can cancel - no long-term lock-in. Just give 2 weeks notice so we can finish the current cycle properly.
Is online personal training as effective as in-person?
Yes - for most people, even more effective. You get structured programming, accountability, and real feedback without rushed time slots. Through weekly check-ins and technique reviews - you send form videos, I review them - I see exactly how you’re moving, just like I would in person. The data backs it: online coaching clients often show better long-term consistency, because the structure travels with you.
I’m a complete beginner - is that okay?
More than okay - I love training beginners. There’s nothing better than helping someone build the right habits from day one, before bad patterns even have a chance to form. You don’t need experience, you don’t need to ā€œget in shape firstā€ - you just need to show up. I’ll handle the rest.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Give it the full 8 weeks and see what’s possible - real change needs that much time to show up. But if after 8 weeks it’s not for you, there’s nothing to worry about. You’re not locked into anything long-term, and you can cancel anytime, month to month.
